Kitchen Fitness Family Lifestyle: Personal Kitchen Training Sessions

Purpose and Goals:

• Private, in-home lifestyle session(s) for individuals and families interested in building a strong and proper food foundation for themselves, family and young children.

• Designed for beginners and novices alike to provide a base of understanding and insight to improve their food knowledge, selection, preparation and strategies for a instilling.

• Learn to develop consistent patterns to streamline and efficiently navigate the kitchen process

• Organize your kitchen for maximum, consistent, sustained output to create simple, wholesome, meals, lunches and snacks.

• Apply innovative and practical ideas to prepare meal plans, shopping lists and incorporate cooking strategies and preparations to maximize intake while reducing time at the market and in the kitchen.

Kitchen Fitness Family Lifestyle Series

• Sessions are 4-hours in length. Full series includes three sessions, and additional sessions can be added, if necessary

• Session dates and times are determined and scheduled between the client and Chef

• Each program is customized to each participant / family and careful assessments are conducted to ensure expectations of participants are exceeded

• Includes shopping, delivery, set-up, cooking with you (and your family members, if you wish)

• Each session involves active, hands-on skills work and actual preparation of several dishes, which highlight essential skills and techniques

• Approximately 60 recipes included and collected in a Resource Manual. Recipes are provided at each session and include soups, salads, side dishes, fish and seafood dishes, meats and poultry, stews, egg dishes and condiments

• Sessions highlight proper selection (what to eat and why), eating plans (when to eat) and Meal Strategies (to encourage consistent intake and ease of preparation

• All food and food products purchased and used are of the highest quality, seasonal, organic (whenever possible), grass-fed, micronutrient- rich, and free of preservatives, artificial ingredients and sweeteners

• Sessions are scheduled on weeknights between 4 PM - 8 PM - dishes are prepared and enjoyed throughout and represent the evening meal - there are also ample portions to enjoy in the following days

• FEES: $395 per session, plus reimbursement of food costs (approximate $75 - $100 for up to four people), all of which the family will keep and enjoy
